Let’s face it.  We could all do with a bit of extra oomph these days whether we’re running for the bus or attempting to open the lid of a jar of jam!  Either way, sometimes we just feel tired, slow and out of shape.  Fear not.

Discover the secrets of the best exercises for increasing your overall flexibility and building your core strength.

With some expert guidance, we’ll help you to enhance your body’s performance in simple steps on a mind-blowing scale!


Workouts include boxing, body weight exercises, free weight exercises and an aim to strengthen all muscles

Basic Level:  Teaching of proper techniques, movement and basic combinations

Intermediate Level:  Teaching of self defence, progression exercises and more advanced combinations

Advanced Level: Specialist combinations and moves, further progression and some ground/submission moves

Price: £40 per hour or FREE when part of a block booking over £400!

Workouts include body and free weight exercises designed to give you a rock solid and defined core and improve muscle strength and endurance. Discover muscles you never knew you had!

Basic Level: Basic exercises for the core, body weight and free weight exercises plus isolation exercises, working all muscles from head to toe

Advanced Level: Progressions of exercises, the use of more advanced equipment will be introduced e.g. TRX suspension training, to improve your strength.

These sessions are ideal if you have pre-existing medical conditions, you’ve been advised by your GP to exercise more or if you’ve had previous injuries.

What should I Wear to Training?

Workout clothes are less about fashion and more about comfort and fit.

Ideally, something that fits well (preferably stretchy!), that doesn’t restrict your movement and keeps you cool and comfortable.


Do I Need Any Equipment?

No. BCR Fitness will happily supply all the equipment for you to train with.

Equipment is also available for purchase should you wish to train in your own time.

How Often Should I Train?

The results you achieve are determined by the time and effort that you put into your training.  The more you put in, the better the results and we will support and encourage you all the way.

The Department of Health recommends a minimum of 2 hrs 30 mins of physical activity each week.  We’ll help you to achieve that and stay on track.  With BCR Fitness, it’s easy to stay motivated!

What is your cancellation Policy?

Before 48 hours of appointment = no cancellation fee

Within 48 hours of appointment = full price of session
