…Classed as overweight, according to the BMI calculator. Ben weighed in at 12.5 stone at the time. He now knows however, that the BMI calculator is a very unreliable source of measurement!
…A dedicated and hardworking personal trainer. He’s always striving for improvement and continuously develops himself by learning to best serve you and all his clients.
When it came to getting in shape, Ben was very anxious at the thought of joining a public gym, so he designed a specific exercise program for himself.
Using limited equipment in his own home to train with, he lost 2 stone in approximately 3 months.
Since then, he’s furthered his knowledge and has gained qualifications in personal training and nutrition. He’s now on a quest to help people who are in a similar situation and improve their confidence, fitness levels and overall quality of life.
